At Hero we realise that all wholesale customers are different which is why we have flexibility in how wholesalers connect to and use our service. We offer traditional SIP peering, registered SIP trunks, hosted SIP or IAX2 lines and Microsoft Teams clients. Wholesale customers can use any of our cloud features alongside their own existing features such as call recording, fax to email, network call forwarding etc. We also support secure SIP and RTP (TLS) to encrypt traffic.
Hero can offer white labelling across all of our products and services which means that a wholesale customer can have their own branding and logos applied to the Hero service.
