Connectivity Options

At Hero Internet we realise that all wholesale customers are different which is why we have flexibility in how wholesalers connect to and use our service. We offer traditional SIP peering, registered SIP trunks, hosted SIP or IAX2 lines and Microsoft Teams clients. Wholesale customers can use any of our cloud features alongside their own existing features such as call recording, fax to email, network call forwarding etc. We also support secure SIP and RTP (TLS) to encrypt traffic.

White Label

Hero Internet can offer white labelling across all of our products and services which means that a wholesale customer can have their own branding and logos applied to the Hero Internet service. This includes "skinning" our web portals, Apps and our Cloud PBX services. We can also offer Billing and Credit Card Payment Services under another brand. Additionally, a wholesaler could choose just to white label a subset of our service such as our Apps, Call Recordings or Faxmail.

Mobile Platform

We are focused on developing smart applications for Apple and Android smartphones with our Hero Connect product and Microsoft Teams clients. We offer wholesalers a white label option so they are able to 'skin' our Apps with their own Branding and Logos. Offering smartphone applications gives end users more flexibility and mobility and the wholesaler a competitive advantage over simply offering a traditional fixed line service.
