Wholesale
The Hero wholesale program empowers companies to become their own ISP, utilizing their branding, support, and marketing. Wholesalers receive a white-labeled portal complete with their own logos and domain names. Hero wholesalers can create custom plans and promote our services as they see fit, benefiting from very generous margins that vary depending on the service.
Wholesalers have full autonomy over customer billing. They can use their own billing system with CDR feeds provided by Hero or leverage the integrated Hero billing system. Billing information can also be exported into Xero from the Hero platform, simplifying accounting.
Additional branding options for our softphones are available upon request. Alternatively, wholesalers can use our softphones under the generic brand Secure VoIP to avoid the complexity of managing app distribution.
The wholesale program is also ideal for international providers looking to benefit from our low calling rates or offer NZ and Australian DIDs to their customers. We provide both SIP origination and termination, with SIP peering available.
