Mobile Connect works with your existing mobile service. Your handset stays on your current carrier, and SMS messages continue to work the way they do today. What changes is how your voice calls can be handled.

You can choose to route all incoming mobile calls through Hero for the full Cloud PBX experience, or simply replace mobile voicemail with Answer Hero. If you want to make a private call outside Hero, you can use your phone's normal mobile dialer at any time.

Mobile Connect gives you two practical ways to upgrade your mobile calling, without changing your mobile provider.

Option 1: Route all mobile calls through Hero Connect

Forward all incoming mobile calls to Hero and answer them in the Hero Connect app. This gives your mobile number access to call recording, AI transcripts, Cloud PBX routing, reporting, group calling features, and integrations.

Option 2: Replace mobile voicemail with Answer Hero

If you do not want every call routed through Hero, you can forward only missed, busy, or unreachable calls to Answer Hero. Answer Hero can answer questions, take structured messages, book appointments, send transcripts, and collect useful caller details.

Switch on and off when you need to

You remain in control. Turn forwarding on when you want Hero to handle your calls, and turn it off when you want calls to stay entirely with your mobile carrier.

Keep private calls private

For outgoing calls you do not want routed through Hero, simply use your phone's native GSM dialer. Mobile Connect adds options without taking away the familiar mobile experience.

1. Keep your current mobile service

Your SIM and mobile carrier stay in place. SMS remains on your handset, and your mobile plan does not need to move to Hero.

2. Choose your mobile call flow

Route all mobile calls through Hero Connect, or forward only unanswered, busy, and unreachable calls to Answer Hero.

3. Follow simple forwarding instructions

The portal sends setup instructions to your mobile. Once forwarding is active, Hero tests the call path before activating the service.

4. Answer calls through Hero

Use the Hero Connect app and Cloud PBX features for business calls, including AI tools, routing, recording, transcripts, and team features.

5. Turn it off whenever you want

You can disable forwarding and return calls to your ordinary mobile flow. For private outgoing calls, just use your native GSM dialer.
